Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Capital Centre International ("MOC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our community and investment platform, including our website and any related services (the "Service").
Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
Membership and profile information: company, job title, industry, business stage, portfolio items, work experience, education, skills, and social links you choose to add to your profile.
Event and course activity: registrations, attendance records, payments, and learning progress for events, courses, and learning paths.
Payment information: processed through our payment partner (Xendit); we do not store your full card or bank account details ourselves.
Content you upload: profile photos, CVs, and any images or text you post to the community feed.
Connections and meetings: when you connect with another member and schedule a meeting through the Service, we store the meeting time, agenda, and the connection between you and the other member.
Google Calendar integration
If you choose to connect your Google account for the "Meeting Antar Member" (member-to-member meeting) feature, we request access to your Google Calendar to: (a) check your availability before a meeting is proposed, and (b) create a calendar event (including a Google Meet link) on your calendar once a meeting is approved.
We also request access to your Google account email address so we can display which Google account is connected to your MOC profile.
Your Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored and are never shared with any third party. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings, which removes our access immediately.
MOC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google Calendar data to provide the meeting-scheduling feature described above — never for advertising, and never to build any profile of you beyond what is needed for that feature.
How we use information
To operate and improve the Service, including membership tier calculation, event and course management, and community features.
To communicate with you about your account, registrations, payments, and meeting requests.
To comply with legal obligations and to keep the Service secure.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our payment processor, cloud storage, and, where you opt in, Google Calendar); other members, limited to what you choose to make visible on your public profile or through features like following, connections, and meetings; and authorities where required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We use encryption for sensitive data such as passwords and Google access tokens, and access controls to limit who can view your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete most of your profile information directly from your account settings. You may disconnect your Google account at any time. To request deletion of your account or other data-related requests, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
