Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

MOC provides a community and investment platform including events, a tiered membership program, courses (LMS), news, and member-to-member features such as connections and meeting scheduling. Some features, such as syncing meetings to Google Calendar, are optional and require you to connect a third-party account.

Membership tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are granted according to criteria described on the platform and may change over time; any changes to tier rules apply going forward only and do not retroactively affect tiers already granted.

Paid events and courses are processed through our payment partner (Xendit). Prices, discounts, and refund eligibility are as stated at the time of purchase. Completed payments that grant membership benefits are final except as required by law.

Member-to-member meetings can only be proposed between members who are mutually connected. When you connect a Google account to use calendar sync, you authorize MOC to check your calendar availability and to create calendar events on your behalf for meetings you approve, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by posting unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

The Service, its content, and branding are owned by MOC or its licensors. Content you post remains yours, but you grant MOC a license to display it within the Service as needed to operate the platform.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MOC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
